While there are many advocates for individuals with visible disabilities in the workplace, there is a lack of similar support for those with invisible disabilities.Through National collaborations with Rehabilitation Centers, Social Service Organizations, Veterans Organization etc we will not only have an extensive database of individuals looking for employment but have the appropriate ongoing support services for our candidates. Our mission is to create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities while meeting the diverse staffing needs of our clients across various industries. We specialize in contingent fee based temporary, permanent, and contract staffing with a strong emphasis on fostering inclusive workplaces that value diversity.

Commitment to Disability Inclusion:

At Salutaire, we recognize that a diverse workforce drives innovation and success. Our agency is committed to empowering individuals with disabilities by facilitating their access to rewarding employment opportunities. We work closely with businesses to educate them on the benefits of an inclusive hiring process and to actively promote workforce diversity. Benefits unrecognized by many organizations include tax write offs as well as meeting DEI initiatives. Disability is often left out of DEI initiatives or given less attention than other factors. Only 4% of organizations explicitly consider disability in their inclusion initiatives. Our services include tailored support to ensure candidates are matched with roles that align with their skills and aspirations.

What sets Salutaire Digital apart is our unwavering commitment to inclusivity and our deep understanding of the talents and capabilities of individuals with disabilities. Our personalized approach to recruitment—paired with our extensive knowledge of compliance and best practices in disability inclusion—ensures that both our clients and candidates benefit from a streamlined and supportive hiring process.

“We are a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) staffing company committed to connecting organizations with talented individuals from underrepresented groups, including people with disabilities, veterans, women, racial and ethnic minorities, and the LGBTQ+ community. The Genesis of Salutaire Staffing Solutions

Jon and Leigh first met at a seminar on disabilities in the workplace. Jon, a staffing industry expert, and Leigh, a trauma and addiction specialist, began discussing the challenges people with invisible disabilities face in being overlooked for employment opportunities. Following their initial conversation, Leigh reached out to Jon for guidance on representing her clients in the job market. While Jon empathized with her concerns, he explained that the staffing industry primarily focuses on meeting client job requirements and presenting the most qualified candidates, rather than advocating for individuals.

After several more discussions, they recognized the potential synergy between their professional backgrounds. Together, they envisioned a staffing agency that prioritized candidate advocacy for individuals with both visible and invisible disabilities.

Jon took the initiative to advocate for some of Leigh’s clients with invisible disabilities, successfully securing meaningful employment for them, where they continue to thrive today. Motivated by this success and the personal fulfillment both Jon and Leigh experienced, they turned the idea of Salutaire Staffing Solutions into a reality.
