Only 4% of organizations explicitly consider disability in their DEI initiatives.

While there are many advocates for individuals with visible disabilities in the workplace, there is a lack of similar support for those with invisible disabilities. Through joint participation with Rehabilitation Centers, Social Service Organizations, Veterans Organization etc we will not only have an extensive database of individuals looking for employment but have the appropriate ongoing support services for our candidates.

The Genesis of Salutaire Staffing Solutions

Jon and Leigh first met at a seminar on disabilities in the workplace. Jon, a staffing industry expert, and Leigh, a trauma and addiction specialist, began discussing the challenges people with invisible disabilities face in being overlooked for employment opportunities.
